3. Products & Enquiry Process
3.1 Enquiry-Based Sales Model
Savemax India operates on an enquiry and quotation basis. Our website is not an e-commerce checkout platform. Products listed on our website are available for sale subject to confirmation of availability, applicable specifications, and acceptance of a formal quotation issued by our sales team.
The process for purchasing Savemax products is as follows:
- Submit a product enquiry through the website or contact our sales team directly
- Our team will review your requirements and issue a formal quotation with product specifications, pricing, and delivery terms
- You confirm your order in writing (email, purchase order, or signed quotation)
- Savemax raises a proforma invoice / tax invoice and confirms dispatch timelines
- Payment is made as per agreed terms before or upon dispatch
3.2 Product Specifications
All product specifications, certifications, and descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and are accurate at the time of publication. Savemax India reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice where required by manufacturing improvements, certification updates, or regulatory changes. We will inform buyers of any material specification changes affecting a confirmed order.
3.3 Pricing
Prices are not published on our website. All pricing is provided through formal quotations issued by our sales team. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 30 days from issue date) and are subject to change after expiry. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
3.4 Certifications
Savemax fire safety products are manufactured and supplied in compliance with relevant BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), CPWD, and Euro certification requirements as applicable to each product. Certification details are provided in product datasheets shared upon enquiry. Savemax India will not be held liable for misrepresentation of certifications by distributors or resellers acting without our authorisation.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order from the buyer and issuance of an order acknowledgement by Savemax India. Verbal orders or informal communications do not constitute a binding purchase commitment.
4.2 Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 100% advance payment against proforma invoice, unless a credit arrangement has been separately agreed in writing with Savemax India’s management. Payment is to be made by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) to Savemax India’s designated bank account as stated on the proforma invoice.
4.3 GST & Taxes
All applicable taxes including GST will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing. A valid GST invoice will be issued for all sales. Buyers are responsible for providing their GSTIN for B2B transactions.
5. Dispatch, Delivery & Risk
5.1 Dispatch Timelines
Dispatch timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and vary based on product availability, order quantity, and manufacturing schedules. Savemax India will make reasonable efforts to meet committed dispatch timelines but does not guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by force majeure events, logistics disruptions, or supply chain factors beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
5.2 Delivery
Delivery is arranged by Savemax India through our logistics partners unless the buyer specifies a self-pickup or arranges their own transport. Delivery charges, if applicable, are stated in the quotation. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer upon handover to the logistics carrier or upon collection by the buyer’s representative.

Buyers are required to inspect all goods at the time of delivery for visible damage, quantity discrepancy, or missing items. Any such issues must be reported to Savemax India in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window may not be accepted.

6.2 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
